Whilst working in various roles in Local Government for 13 years, Tracy completed an Honours Degree and Diploma in Town Planning to qualify as a professional Town Planner and subsequently became a member of the Town Planning Institute. Tracy moved to the private sector in 2001 to join Antler Homes, a housebuilder covering the south east of England.
In 2004 she joined Linden Homes South East and worked as part of a successful land team where achievements include numerous planning permissions for residential and mixed use developments - ranging from small scale developments of 12 apartments to large mixed use 'community' developments of 500 homes.
