Stephen started his career at Persimmon Homes after graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 1994. After a spell at St George PLC, Stephen joined Linden Homes in 1999 and ultimately held the position of Land & Sales Director.
After the sale of Linden to Galliford Try Plc, Stephen decided it was time to seek a new challenge and teamed up with Philip Davies with regards to a new project. On the 1st June 2008 Ashill Developments Ltd opened its doors for business.
Stephen is in charge of the day to day running of the Company from their offices in Wimbledon Village.
