Lane End - Update
Following our refusal of planning permission in the summer we have submitted a new application for a mixture of 42 houses and apartments at the former Elga site known as Spring Bank House in Lane End. The layout is fundamentally the same, with a slight change to the mix of units and some design changes to the individual buildings which address the reasons for refusal. We hope to have a decision early in the new year.
