Having unconditionally purchased this site of 4.9 acres in 2008, Ashill Developments achieved detailed planning permission in September 2009 for a development of 18 houses, comprising 14 x 4, 5 and 6 bed detached homes, a pair of 3 bed semi-detached homes and a terrace of 3 x 3 bed shared ownership homes, plus the retention of Lime Lodge, a Grade II Listed building.
In November 2009 we joined forces with Shanly Homes to jointly develop out the site. Work is now underway on site with house completions due in early 2011.
