The site is excellently located in this very desirable town within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The site is in two distinct parts, one part is occupied by Serviced Office Group and used for serviced offices, and the other part is a vacant industrial unit. The current use is very much out of character with its surroundings which are predominantly residential.
An application for 58 homes comprising 24 x 3 and 4 bed houses with 34 x 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments has been submitted to London Borough of Richmond and we anticipate a decision in late summer 2010.
